MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To coordinate training activities for flight crew and cabin crew members to ensure compliance and support operational needs of AOC and ATO by collaborating with internal departments and providing admin support on training services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists relevant training teams in maintaining records trainees undergoing training, including progress tracking, course completions as appropriate.

Assists in preparation and distribution of training programs, schedules, and supporting materials.

Assists administrative functions within training department such as PDI applications and Airport pass applications.

Maintains accurate attendance records for all training events and sessions.

Maintain training records and documentation for all flydubai trainers.

Coordinates with relevant departments to address and resolve scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, or administrative queries during training sessions.

Coordinates the procurement of training materials, tools, and software in collaboration with the Procurement team.

Records minutes of meeting and distribute to relevant stakeholders and follows-up on agreed action items.

Reviews and maintains training forms, ensuring they are accurate, complete, consistent and are in line with quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

Fluent in English

Training Administration/Coordination experience in the Airline Industry is preferred

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
