Core Washer

Job Summary:

The Core Washer Technician is responsible for cleaning, washing, and preparing radiator cores after assembly and brazing processes. The role ensures that all radiator cores are free from dirt, oil, debris, and internal contaminants before final inspection and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate core washing machines and cleaning equipment
• Clean radiator cores internally and externally using water pressure, air pressure, or chemical solutions
• Inspect cores before and after washing to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Identify and report any leaks, damage, or defects in radiator cores
• Ensure proper handling of cores to avoid damage during washing and movement
• Maintain cleanliness of washing area and equipment
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times
• Support finishing and production team when required

Skills & Requirements:

• Fresher is welcome to apply.
• Experience in radiator manufacturing or metal finishing is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of machine operation (washing/cleaning systems)
• Attention to detail and quality control awareness
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive/manual work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team player with good discipline and reliability

Working Conditions:

• Industrial manufacturing environment
• Exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and heat
• Requires standing for long hours and manual handling of cores

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 1,200 per month
• Free food and accommodation
• Overtime pay (OT)
• Round-trip ticket to home country every 2 years
