We are hiring an Enterprise/Corporate Account Executive to drive new business with mid-market and enterprise clients (500+ employees) for remote staffing solutions. This role involves engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close enterprise accounts
- Manage full sales cycle (RFPs, presentations, negotiations, closure)
- Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Deliver tailored staffing solutions based on client needs
- Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Drive revenue through upselling and account expansion
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B enterprise sales (staffing/BPO/workforce solutions preferred)
- Proven experience closing high-value (6–7 figure) deals
- Strong experience with long, complex sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Nice to Have
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing solutions

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
