Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) – Dubai

An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its growing team in Dubai , with regular exposure to matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia .

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the partners and team advising international clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia . The role offers excellent long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters , including M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring , and foreign direct investment .
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting cross-border transactions involving banking & finance, real estate, technology, and IP .
• Working directly with multinational clients on market entry, structuring, and compliance across the GCC.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience gained at Legal 500 law firm, ideally in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong background in corporate law and commercial drafting .
• Experience or interest in working on Middle East-focused transactions , particularly in the UAE and KSA .
• Flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support a broad range of matters.
• Arabic language skills and/or previous regional experience would be an advantage but are not essential.
