As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, and ensuring all client queries are addressed within the expected response times. You will play a key role in managing client documentation, contract updates, and maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, including Finance and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide email and chat support to B2B clients, addressing their queries and redirecting new clients to the appropriate channels.
· Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, documentation management, and handling licenses.
· Manage and update contracts, including modifying information in predefined templates and assisting with contract creation and management.
· Track and monitor client queries to ensure they are addressed within the average handling time and follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolution.
· Manage basic issues related to integration and collaborate with relevant teams for solutions.
· Work closely with Finance and IT departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate client data management.
