Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, specifically around the Credit Journey (from credit application to approval and disbursement).

Analyze and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Corporate Banking credit processes.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and solutions for the Credit Journey.

Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and communicated to development teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track progress against business goals.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of solutions within the Corporate Banking space.
