M&A Services Associate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering,
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Finance is considered an asset,
• Minimum 3-4 years of corporate finance/due diligence/valuation experience with prime strength in Turkish M&A projects,
• Valuation and modelling abilities are an asset,
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral,
• Proven originator and team player with sound judgement and initiative taking ability,
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills,
• Communicating effectively with all levels of engagement management,
• Developing excellent professional oral and written communication skills in order to establish working relationships with client personnel,
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment,
• Willingness to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions,
• Performing financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation for M&A transactions,
• Drafting information memorandums and other marketing documents for potential transactions,
• Conducting industry, market, company-specific and potential investors research,
• Coordinating data room during due diligence process,
• Participating in the development of client pitch presentations,
• Researching various industry specific and technical issues,
• Researching M&A market issues and identify market opportunities,
• Acts as a brand ambassador with peers and colleagues to support attraction of top talent,
• Assumes personal responsibility for achieving results and supports the team by taking on additional responsibilities when needed,
• Seeks to understand how specific areas of responsibility contribute to broader business objectives and outcomes,
• Balancing multiple engagements and responsibilities.
