Job Description:

  1. Monitor inventory levels of soft & hot drinks to ensure that there is enough supply for customers to purchase.
  2. Manage budgets and forecasts of the beverage menus with the F&B managers across all branches in his scope.
  3. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
  4. Check the efficiency of all coffee machines across all branches and work with the allocated team in the maintenance department to ensure the best quality of beverages.
  5. Develop new beverage recipes to increase profit margins.
  6. Control bar processes including standard levels, finances, and beverage menu selection.
  7. Conduct market research regarding beverages to determine consumer preferences, interests, and buying habits.
  8. Improve and maintain beverage sales and profitability.
  9. Train staff in beverage preparation techniques.
  10. Evaluate customer satisfaction regarding beverages with service, quality, and atmosphere to improve performance needed.
  11. Help in revamping bars including styling, beverages offer, tastings and presentations training for employees.
  12. Reorganize all beverage storage areas which improve inventory efficiency as well as reduce ordering costs.
  13. Stay to local and government cleanliness restrictions to run a clean and health department abiding facility


Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
  2. 10 years of proven experience.
  3. Good MS Office Applications knowledge.
  4. Excellent communication and people skills.
  5. Good organizational skills.
  6. Attention to details.
  7. Time management and organization.
  8. Teamwork skills.
