About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple properties/units within our hospitality group. The ideal candidate will bring 6–7 years of proven experience in managing HR functions, ensuring alignment of policies, and fostering a culture of engagement and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple hospitality properties.

Manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance processes.

Ensure consistency and standardization in HR policies and practices.

Lead and guide property-level HR teams to drive performance and engagement.

Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business growth.

Oversee workforce planning, performance management, and employee retention strategies.

Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

6–7 years of HR management experience within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage HR across multiple units or properties.

Strategic thinker with hands-on operational HR expertise.

Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,219.40 - ₹59,487.24 per month
