Job Description:

Update database of CVs.
-
Assist with the hiring process for newcomers; hiring documents, contract signature, record info on SAP and communicate with all concerned parties; medical team, payroll…etc.

Issue received HR letters requests for colleagues.

Assist in the change of status cycle and signatures and update employees’ data on SAP accordingly in coordination with HRIS and OD departments.

Ensure contract renewals are done on time.
-
Assist the termination process for, documents, record info on SAP and communicate with all concerned parties; medical team, payroll…etc.

Receive all employees' complaints and/or inquires and solve or escalate to HR Manager/CHRO.
-
Support subsidiaries HR Manager with HR technical support.

Ensure that all employees have a copy of updated JDs and keep another in each employee’s file.

Prepare and submit all needed reports to Manager and CHRO.

File and keep all documents.
-
Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
-
Suitable bachelor’s degree.
-
From 2-4 years of experience in HR field.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
