Corporate IT Director

We are looking for an experienced Corporate IT Director to lead and oversee enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP platforms, and IT service management within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day Corporate IT operations across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, and M365 platforms

• Ensure availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems and services

• Manage enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualization, backup, DR, and operational stability

• Oversee cloud operations and governance across AWS/Azure environments

• Lead cybersecurity operations, including IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, SOC/SIEM coordination, and DR/BCP

• Manage ITSM operations, including SLA/KPI management, service desk, incident, problem, and change management

• Govern enterprise applications, ERP environments, and Microsoft 365 platforms

• Lead vendors, managed services, contracts, escalations, and operational reviews

• Partner with business stakeholders and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong enterprise IT operations leadership

• Proven hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments

• Strong background in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Governance

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms

• Experience managing enterprise ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred)

• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices and operational governance

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities

• Experience within large enterprise or complex operational environments
