About The Role

Ensure compliance with all governance requirements by managing approvals, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and maintaining accurate documentation according to established timelines.

What You'll Do

  • Review and verify all required documents before each approval request to regulatory authorities (valid lease contracts with notarized dates, meeting minutes, security clearance, valid national IDs) in line with the governance department’s schedule.
  • Handle the approval process of all Board of Directors’ and General Assembly meeting minutes through the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) or the General Authority for Investment (GAFI).
  • Liaise with various external entities including: Chambers of Commerce, IT Chamber, Land Transport Chamber, Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR), Notary Public, and the Bar Association.
  • Book appointments for commercial registry endorsements on the digital platform within the validity period of activity practice certificates (15–30 days).
  • Follow up with MCDR to confirm the implementation of requested updates (company name, shareholder structure changes, capital increases, etc.).
  • Monitor regulatory authorities for new resolutions or circulars and promptly inform the Governance Department of any changes affecting current processes.
  • Ensure proper digital archiving of registration and depository numbers for newly established branches on the same day of receipt.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3:5 years of experience in governance, compliance, or legal affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with government and regulatory bodies.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
