About the Role

The Corporate Attorney will play a key role in advising clients on various aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on M&A transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in Massachusetts
• 4-6 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
