Our Requirements:

• University degree from a reputable law school in Turkey (Master’s degree is an asset) and being admitted as a lawyer to the Istanbul Bar Association,
• 1–3 years of legal experience in a company or reputable law firm,
• Experience or interest in corporate law,
• Having attention to detail, striving for excellency, excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines,
• Having an analytical and problem-solving mindset,
• Eager to learn, committed, and proactive,
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drafting Board of Directors’ resolutions and preparing accurate meeting minutes, collecting Board member signatures,
• Preparing General Assembly invitation letter, meeting minutes, trade registry application letter, attendance sheet, following up all stages of general assembly registration,
• Managing notary public procedures and trade registry filings to keep the Board decision book, general assembly book and share ledger of the Company in compliance with legal requirements,
• Providing corporate law legal advice and support on corporate projects internal corporate procedures,
• Appointing, supervising and coordinating with external Turkish law, English law and US law legal service providers and lawfirms, including reviewing and controlling legal memo and legal invoices,
• Presentable, disciplined and aware of confidentiality needs of a publicly listed company for maintaining direct communication with Board members and senior executives of the Company at the highest level,
• Having a genuine interest in the corporate law, U.S. law and NASDAQ corporate governance principles, Turkish corporate governance principles.
