Corporate Counsel (Exton, PA, hybrid)

LHH is partnering with a fintech/software company in Exton, PA looking to hire a mid‑level Corporate Counsel. This is a lean, high‑impact legal role with a clear growth path. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office.

What you’ll do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, including software/SaaS licenses and professional services agreements .
• Advise on corporate , HR/employment , regulatory (financial services) , and data security matters.
• Partner closely with Sales and Finance lines of business.
• Stay current on applicable laws and regulations.

What will set you up for success:

• JD + Pennsylvania bar required;
• 2–4+ years of corporate or transactional law experience (firm or in‑house);
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts is a must;
• fintech experience is a plus
