1. Partner Onboarding

  • Contact new labs, clinics, and hospitals for onboarding after agreement or registration.
  • Onboard different corporate companies to provide them Instacare healthcare services.
  • Collect required documentation, rate lists, services, and branding assets.
  • Create and update partner profiles on the InstaCare platform.
  • Ensure accurate listing of tests, services, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the Tech team for any onboarding-related issues.

2. Partner Activation & Setup

  • Provide partners with training on using InstaCare (portal, order receiving, reports, etc.).
  • Ensure partners are fully activated and appearing correctly on the website/app.
  • Conduct test orders to confirm smooth order flow.
  • Share onboarding status with internal teams.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and relay improvements to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with B2C and Patient Experience teams to resolve partner concerns.
  • Ensure partners respond promptly to orders.

4. Data & Documentation

  • Maintain updated partner records, rate lists, and contact details.
  • Track onboarding progress in Google Sheets / CRM / ClickUp.
  • Share weekly onboarding and activation reports with management.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the B2C lead on onboarding priorities.
  • Coordinate with the SEO team for partner profiling and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Experience Team for order flow optimization.
  • Communicate activation status with Sales & Customer Success when needed.

6. Performance & Support

  • Ensure partners reach expected order levels after activation.
  • Support partners with any portal usage queries.
  • Resolve escalations internally and externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
