JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive research and thorough analysis of spend data to support the organization's strategic procurement decisions. This role will support Procurement Category Managers and Directors by reviewing and communicating historical spend analytics, communicate price fluctuations due to internal and external factors. This role is responsible for providing Finance accurate raw material and packaging costs for external (Co-Man and Co-Pack) and internal (Private Label) customers and communicate risks to the Procurement team. This role will support Procurement initiatives as needed to support business growth and process improvements. The Corporate Procurement Analyst reports to the Director of Procurement.

JOB DUTIES

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Analyzes spend data to identify total cost of material (material, freight, etc.) as well as help identify areas of cost savings, improved efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Cross functional collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders such as Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Specialists (Buyers), Category Managers, Master Data as well as external stakeholders such as customers and / or vendors.
  • Identify, analyze and trouble shoot pricing errors and variances.
  • Collaborates with category managers to identify upcoming market changes and contract coverages.
  • Provide stakeholders with reporting and information to support business decisions, identify cost savings and opportunities.
  • This position is responsible for ensuring successful and compliant procurement processes.
  • Supports Procurement Category Managers in the execution of cost savings projects, vendor changes and/or material changes.
  • Identify tools, process improvements and resources that improve ways of working.
  • Must respond accurately and timely to meet project deadlines.
  • Quantitative and qualitative historical spend analytics.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong analytical skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Material Management, or Procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in ERP required, SAP preferred

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $85,788 – 128,682/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
