About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Our HR team is a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to building our companies greatest asset- our people. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Recruiting Operations. We enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, identifying, and delivering high-performing candidates to our hiring managers.
As a Corporate Recruiter you will:

Manage full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes

Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends

Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategies with decision-makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames

Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry-related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks

Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed

Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process

Assigned to other recruitment related task as needed
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree preferred
-
Recruiting experience: 2 years (Minimum)
-
Demonstrated experience in handling both technical and non-technical roles across various functions
-
Direct experience in recruiting is preferred, including the use of candidate sourcing tools and methods.

Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software, especially MS Excel
-
Experience with Workable will be considered a plus

Proven analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Unquestionable integrity and reputation for maintaining confidentiality
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

This role requires no more than 5% of travel time.
