Corporate Recruiting Sourcer

We are seeking a talented Recruiting Sourcer to join our Early Career Talent Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
  • Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters
  • Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy
  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
  • Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
  • Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understand their interest and passion and direct them to the right role or opportunity
  • Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision
  • Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to source and attract diverse talent
  • 2+ years of ATS experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
  • Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow internal processes
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to thrive in high volume environments
  • Excellent time management skills
