As an integral part of the Corporate Relations team, the Corporate Relations Manager will cultivate, steward, and expand the relationships between Philabundance and its corporate donors, with direct responsibility for a portfolio of corporate donors. This role will be responsible for working with the Director to implement and manage a comprehensive stewardship program that illustrates the impact of giving and the value of continued support. This position will be responsible for the implementation and growth of a comprehensive annual membership program, including stewardship, acquisition, and retention. This position will also identify those corporate donors that are ready to engage at a higher level and will work with the Director of Corporate Relations to manage strategy and responsibility. Engagement can include working with Volunteer teams, giving in-person/virtual presentations, creating proposals for sponsorship, providing guidance on social media postings, attending networking events, 1:1 meetings, with prospects and supporters, participation in events, and managing special projects as assigned.

Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects.
Manage and steward new and existing donor relationships through multiple, varied touch points according to principles of moves management. This includes management of new and existing campaigns.
Conduct daily outreach to prospects and supporters within assigned portfolio to secure visits, cultivate relationships, make solicitations, and effectively steward constituents. Activities include but are not limited to making calls, drafting emails, and sending personal acknowledgments as well as stewardship letters.
Support action-tracking for the corporate relations team within database (Raiser’s Edge) detailing related prospect or donor communication, including strategy summary, meeting notes, and relevant materials.
Proactively support the cultivation and stewardship activities of the Corporate Relations team, the Chief Development Officer, and the CEO by assisting with and coordinating individualized needs for corporate donors according to their relationship to Philabundance
Manage and support special projects as assigned throughout the year.
Assist the Director of Corporate Relations with requests for information, including report preparation, briefings, power point presentations, and spreadsheets.
Ensure the expectations of corporate donors are exceeded regarding stewardship and benefits fulfillment – web, social media, annual report listings, etc.
Work in partnership with the Events team in planning and implementation of stewardship events, including follow up for appropriate donor events.
Work closely with Communications department on donor press releases, publications, and the updating of development collateral.
Collaborate with Food Sourcing team where corporate donor accounts overlap or opportunities exist.
Responsible for supporting and aligning with Philabundance Cultural pillars. Ensure communications, actions and interactions reflect a focus on People, Partnerships, Professionalism and Progress.
Strong capability to create and manage budgets, leverage databases, produce timely reports, communication, analysis and present internally and externally. (Microsoft suite, ppt, database exp. and Zoom/Teams)
Solid management skills required, including attendance, performance, rewards, discipline, and training. Previous experience with team and individual accountability to reach specified goals.
Strong organizational and communication skills to guide a team with levels and provide the senior leadership team with necessary information on an ongoing basis.
Ability to finalize and successfully execute events, donations, foundations.
Solid networking skills to maximize current contacts and resources and the expectation to expand and grow networking contact base. Ability to leverage network directly and indirectly with team resources.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with individuals and teams internally and externally.
An exceptional communicator, both in writing and orally; previous public speaking required.
A minimum of 25% of travel is required. Must be willing and able to travel within and outside of the service area (employee can use public transportation, rideshare service, personal vehicle, or other means) Must be physically compatible with travel, office visits, events, and meetings. Must have valid driver’s license if using company vehicle.
Work in a seated position up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; Bend, stoop/squat, and walk intermittently throughout the day; Must be able to move up to 20 pounds. Shared supported lift is preferred, two people can move objects to lower impact.
