  • ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE


  • This role is responsible to manage corporate salary account fulfilment and service along with acquiring new customers for liabilities from open market.


  • The incumbent will assist the region in sales fulfilment and servicing the corporate and corporate salary account holders and enhance relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers.

  • The role is also responsible for on-boarding customers over Ujjivan Digital channels and drive usage of digital of channels.

  • Entire Corporate Salary portfolio for the region: 25 Crs
  • Customer size: 5,000
  • TPP income: 10 Lacs
  • Forex Fee income: NIL
  • Other income such as MF etc: 0.50 Lacs/month

  • Interact & collaborate with various stakeholders of the region.
  • Cross sell of RD, FD, Insurance, Assets etc. which helps in value build up.
  • Ensure product mix for sale of high value variants & quality of acquisition.





  • KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE


Business
  • Meets the set targets on liabilities in terms of opening new accounts & driving salary upload for the existing customer
  • Maintains the database of the corporate prospects, assists region in acquisition of the corporates and services the relationships thereafter
  • Understands needs and Cross sells to customers who meet the criteria for different liability and TPP products as per the profile of the customer
  • Generates leads for asset products (PL, Hl, VL etc.) of Ujjivan and passes quality leads to respective team
  • Shares customer insights/product and process related feedback with the Corporate Salary Manager
  • Ensure a monthly salary credit percentage of 70% and above each month


Customers
  • Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provides prompt, efficient and accurate services
  • Plans and implements customer engagement drives and on-boards customer on Ujjivan digital channels for day-to-day transactions
  • Resolves the customer queries on salary account, FD / RD, remittances & TPP products
  • Assists customers on Ujjivan asset products and get in touch with concerned team in branch


Internal Processes


  • Guides the customer to fill the ‘Account Opening Form’; ensures receipt and verification of KYC documents; obtains customer signatures on all mandatory documents
  • Guides corporate in documentation for company code creation
  • Strictly adheres & maintains compliance to KYC norms


Learning & Performance
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of the Corporate Salary Product and other liabilities products along with working knowledge of other products offered in the branch
  • Ensures adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self
  • Ensures goal setting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelines




  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS





Educational
Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably in commerce and related streams





Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience with minimum 3+ years in Corporate Salary Business.
  • Strong experience in managing corporate relationships and payroll banking solutions.
