Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier provider of luxury and executive transportation solutions, trusted by government entities, embassies, corporates, and VIP travelers. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales & Contracts Administrator to manage corporate partnerships, renewals, and tenders, while ensuring strong contractual and administrative governance across our operations.

Position Overview

The Corporate Sales & Contracts Administrator will play a dual role—driving B2B business development while managing the full lifecycle of corporate contracts and vendor agreements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, bilingual professional with experience in contract negotiation, tenders, renewals, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across hospitality, aviation, events, and government sectors.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and tenders to win new corporate contracts.
  • Maintain and renew existing client agreements to ensure continuous revenue.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing while ensuring alignment with company policies and UAE law.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Contract Administration & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and finalize corporate and vendor contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
  • Track contract renewal timelines and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain a centralized database of all agreements and monitor key milestones.
  • Coordinate with legal and management teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare contract summaries and monthly reports for management review.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships and performance evaluations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring service-level adherence.
  • Handle tender documentation and renewal of office, fleet, and real estate contracts.

Reporting & Governance

  • Generate sales pipeline, renewal, and performance reports.
  • Provide documentation support for audits, compliance checks, and management review.
  • Support the Head of Corporate Sales with forecasting and KPI reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in corporate sales, contract administration, or tender management within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B contracts and securing new business.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE commercial laws and corporate documentation processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Salesforce, etc.), and document management tools.
  • Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English – Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
