About the Role

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing lease and short-term rental sales for corporate clients. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and consistently achieving sales targets while ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage all lease and short-term rental sales for corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the business and onboard new corporate clients.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and contracts for new and existing customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Track contract expirations and proactively secure renewals.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely client payments.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve client issues.
  • Facilitate senior-level connections between client organizations and management.
  • Perform additional functions as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, leasing, or rental industries. Candidates from other industries will also be considered, provided they have strong experience in managing corporate clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Target-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Corporate Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Drivers license (Required)
