About the Role:

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth in the Karachi region. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key corporate accounts, building strong relationships with architects, contractors, fabricators, and project developers. This is a high-impact role for a hunter who thrives on closing deals and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and target new corporate clients and projects within the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Karachi region to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Technical Sales Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to architects, consultants, and client decision-makers, effectively communicating the technical and commercial benefits of our aluminium profiles.
  • Project Pursuit: Actively track and pursue project leads, from tender stage to final order, coordinating with internal teams for technical support and quotations.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback and identify new opportunities for product or service development.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales to secure profitable business.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B corporate sales experience, preferably within the aluminium industry, construction materials, building products, or related industrial manufacturing.
  • A strong existing network of contacts with architects, consultants, contractors, and fabricators in Karachi is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
