Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive corporate and field marketing activities in Bangalore. The role involves meeting doctors, consultants, and physiotherapists to generate leads and promote our home physiotherapy services in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to doctors, physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned areas.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to promote Carebees Healthcare’s home physiotherapy services.
• Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and track conversions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
• Participate in promotional events, medical camps, and awareness drives as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical sales, or field marketing (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
