Corporate Sales Executive – Events

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our events division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition, preferably within the event management industry. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized event solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote event management services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client database across industries including corporate, hospitality, education, retail, and real estate.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their event needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the event operations and creative teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the client base.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the event management, media, or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales / B2B client acquisition.
  • Existing client database or strong corporate network preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
