Corporate Sales Manager

Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth while expanding market share by managing a strategic portfolio of high-value corporate accounts. The role exists to identify and convert new business opportunities, strengthen long-term client partnerships, and deliver value-driven solutions that enhance client engagement, retention, and profitability across the assigned territory, while ensuring sales execution is aligned with overall business strategy and growth objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate revenue growth by acquiring and retaining key enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, SME, and public sectors.
  • Ensure deals maintain healthy profitability/margin while meeting client requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing, and submissions.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value corporate and government contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide team leadership and mentorship when required to support sales objectives.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance against KPI’s.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in corporate sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience in tender/bid management, contract negotiation and deal structuring.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
