Role Overview

As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new

corporate clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role focuses on building relationships with procurement, HR,

and marketing teams to deliver customized gifting solutions that enhance employee engagement and client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement, HR, and marketing decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals for corporate gifting programs.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized gifting solutions.
  • Represent Gifts 360 at corporate events and networking forums.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4‒6 years of B2B corporate sales experience.
  • Established network with corporate decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

KPIs for Success

  • New corporate clients acquired and onboarded.
  • Revenue growth from employee engagement and event gifting programs.
  • Client retention and repeat business.
  • Conversion rate from pitches to confirmed orders.
  • Strategic partnerships developed in key industries.
  • Location: Defense Phase 08
