Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our efforts in onboarding and managing relationships with corporates and SMEs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through B2B partnerships, generating recurring revenue streams, and ensuring monthly sales targets of PKR 17 million are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients and SMEs for pharmacy products and services.
- Develop and maintain a robust corporate sales pipeline through cold calls, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Prepare customized proposals and pricing packages for corporate accounts in alignment with revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and after-sales support.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and decision-makers in corporates and SMEs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand client base and market knowledge.
- Ensure monthly sales target of PKR 17 million is consistently achieved or exceeded.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or similar sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value monthly sales targets.
- Strong existing network of corporate contacts is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting.

- Achieving PKR 17M+ in monthly B2B sales
- Number of new corporate/SME accounts onboarded per month
- Retention and revenue growth from existing accounts
- Sales conversion rates from leads to closed deals
- Client satisfaction scores
Remuneration:
- Competitive base salary.
