Corporate Sales Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

Duty No. 1: Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients such as multinational companies, government entities, and SMEs, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored rental and leasing solutions to meet client-specific needs and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.

Duty No. 2: Sales Supervision & Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and coach the team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss pipeline, challenges, and client feedback

Duty No. 3: Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing policies in line with market trends.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as set by the company.
  • Recommend new business opportunities and partnerships.

Duty No. 4: Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and follow-up action plans

Duty No. 5: Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in car rental, fleet, or automotive industries
- Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Qatar market, including key industries and players
- Language Skills :· Bilingual – Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Computer skills : Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
