Corporate Security and Government Relations Manager

Synopsis

To direct all government relations functions relating to visa services, security clearances, ADAC Airport Passes, maintain a solid relationship with governmental stakeholders (Immigration, CID, Police, State Security, and Airport Authorities) and ensure a streamlined processing of all applications in compliance with all UAE government rules and regulations.

Accountabilities

• Manage the Quality controls and verification of all documents typed for airport authorities, such as Airport pass.
• Manage the quality control and verification of all documents submitted for Corporate ID, and Security clearance applications. The Manager will be the authorized to approve applications, hence, must ensure that they are correct with all supporting documents prior to handing it to the Government Relations Representatives for submittal & processing with the relevant authorities.
• Provide expert advice and interact with line management and employees to ensure proper guidance is provided to employees on all pass related matters. Take ownership and resolve all matters relating to arising pass, security clearance issues and escalate any unresolved matters beyond your control with the Senior Management of the Government Relations department.
• Manage and deliver the punctual and effective processing of documents for Airport pass and security clearance as per the SLA.
• Maintain strong relationship with governmental stakeholders, ADAC, CID, and Police, to ensure a streamlined processing of all Contractor & EYE pass applications.
• Work closely with the relevant stakeholders and other departments and act as a focal point to deal with all Airport pass related matters (New, Renewal, Cancellation, Adding Areas, etc..).

Education & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Preferably a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the same field with a minimum of 2 years in managerial position.
