Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern

About the role

Support community projects, partner coordination, and impact reporting. You will help plan activities, manage data, and tell impact stories while building real experience in the social impact space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute CSR activities and volunteer drives with clear checklists and timelines
• Coordinate with NGOs, schools, hospitals, and other partners and maintain a contact tracker
• Collect data at events and site visits and update weekly progress and monthly impact reports in Google Sheets
• Draft short updates, impact stories, and internal newsletters in Google Docs
• Handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting support
• Keep documentation organized, including photos, attendance, and consent notes
• Align activities with brand values and relevant SDG themes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, or a related field
• Strong communication in English and Urdu
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel, Docs, and Slides
• Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Willing to visit local sites when needed and follow safety guidelines
• Ethical, respectful, and community minded

Nice to have

• Prior volunteering or NGO experience
• Basic understanding of sustainability, ESG, and the UN SDGs
• Canva skills for simple reports or posters
• Familiarity with survey tools or basic data visualization
