Human Resources Intern

Cogent Labs is looking for an HR intern for its Lahore office, with the potential for a job based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and team-building initiatives
• Support employee engagement through events and workplace activities
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen culture and foster team growth

Must-Have:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in university societies or extracurricular activities

Good to Have:

• Prior Experience in event management and hosting engagement activities

Soft Skills:

• Extrovert and presentable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

• Lack of confidence and poor communication
