Job Title: Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with corporate travel bookings and a strong understanding of international travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel for employees
• Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation based on company policies
• Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests
• Use corporate travel management systems (including Tumudo) for bookings and reporting
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and budget guidelines
• Assist with travel documentation requirements, including transit visa awareness
• Communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and travel service providers
• Maintain accurate travel records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a travel coordination or corporate travel role
• Hands-on experience using Tumudo or similar travel management systems
• Good understanding of international travel processes and transit visa requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling travel for medium to large teams
• Familiarity with airline rules, fare types, and hotel contracts
