Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control with F&B sector background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting principles
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with POS (Point of Sale) and ERP system
Key Responsibilities:
- Track actual costs vs. budgeted figures across departments or projects. Investigate cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends. Support long-term planning and resource allocation
- Maintain detailed records of expenditures and commitments. Ensure all costs are accurately recorded in ERP and POS systems.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize spending
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Present cost analysis and insights to management
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
