Overview

Ali & Sons Group - Motors Division is looking for a Body Shop Coordinator to support internal service operations and ensure accurate costing, documentation, and communication across departments. Location: Abu Dhabi. You will work with the Body Shop Manager and internal teams to maintain seamless workflow and high service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions for sublet services (e.g., Vkool, Denttech, DentWorx, Colorglo, Prospect) as per operational requirements.
  • Prepare Sublet Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
  • Accurately record labour, consumables, and sublet costs against each Job Card to ensure full and correct costing.
  • Monitor technician time and record data for incentive computation.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices on time and allocate costs to the correct departments.
  • Cross-check invoices and supporting documents thoroughly against SAP system records before forwarding to cashier.
  • Track all raised orders to ensure timely billing and closure.
  • Handle costing activities related to ADNIC claims and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for new vehicles.
  • Maintain and update KPI reports regularly for performance monitoring.
  • Provide relief support for other administrative tasks or roles when needed.
Stakeholders
  • Internal Clients: PDI Logistics, Showrooms, Used Cars, and other Service Centre Departments
  • External Clients: As required by the role (e.g., external service providers, sublet vendors)
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably in an automotive environment
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
