Cost Control Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking costs, preparing reports, and ensuring financial control throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
• Track project costs and expenditures.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Identify cost variances and report to management.
• Prepare regular cost reports and financial summaries.
• Support project managers in financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost control systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
