Cost Controller

We’re hiring an experienced Cost Controller to oversee and optimize cost management for our F&B central kitchen operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily kitchen and café cost reports.
• Track and analyze food, packaging, and ingredient consumption.
• Ensure recipe costing accuracy and variance control.
• Verify supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Run inventory counts, waste tracking, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with accounting and production teams for monthly cost reviews.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of cost control experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and recipe costing systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Zoho books
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
