Cost Controller

Job Title: Cost Controller (F&B Background Required)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Immediate Joining – Local Hire Only

We are currently looking for an experienced Cost Controller with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in F&B
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and variance analysis
• Experience in stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently available in Qatar (Local hire preferred)
• Ready to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock audits
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with operations and purchasing departments
