Cost Controller

The Cost Controller is a critical financial guardian within RAMR Group Co.'s Food & Beverage division, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing costs across all outlets and operations. This role provides the financial intelligence that enables management to make informed decisions on pricing, procurement, portioning, and profitability. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with deep F&B operational knowledge, ensuring that cost targets are not only met but continuously improved without compromising RAMR's quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Calculate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly food and beverage cost percentages across all outlets, benchmarking against approved budgets and targets.

– Analyze actual versus theoretical food and beverage costs, identifying variances and investigating root causes with relevant department heads.

– Prepare detailed cost reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

– Review menu pricing in collaboration with the culinary and operations teams to ensure profitability targets are maintained.
