Cost Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control food & beverage costs across branches.
  • Analyze inventory consumption and wastage.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and spot checks.
  • Prepare cost reports and variance analysis.
  • Review purchasing, receiving, and storage procedures.
  • Ensure proper recipe costing and portion control.
  • Work closely with kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve margins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Cost Control within F&B or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and food costing.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ready to join immediately is a plus.
