Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inventory control and postings in MC/JANA
  • Prepare receiving transactions and weekly Flash Food Cost reports
  • Conduct inventory counts, beverage PAR checks, and market price spot checks
  • Review F&B invoices, purchase orders, and interdepartmental transfers
  • Cost new menus, review sales prices, and update inventory price logs
  • Prepare monthly inventory, consumption, store balance, and shrinkage reports
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures across stores, bars, and restaurants

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Background in Accounting, Finance, or Audit is preferred
  • Prior experience in cost controlling within the hospitality industry is required
