Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to join our team in the contracting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for projects.
• Monitor project expenses and track deviations from the budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to control costs.
• Generate regular reports on cost performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in cost control in the construction or contracting sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, cost management software, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
