Cost Engineer / QS

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Monitor project progress and track variations in costs
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors
• Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
