Role Summary
The Cost Manager ensures financial control of projects by managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost plans and project budgets.

Review and analyze BOQs and contractor proposals.

Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies.

Monitor project expenditures and forecast cost variations.

Requirements
Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
Experience

10-15 years in cost management or quantity surveying.
