Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Project Director

Role Summary

The Cost Manager ensures financial control of projects by managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost plans and project budgets.
  • Review and analyze BOQs and contractor proposals.
  • Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies.
  • Monitor project expenditures and forecast cost variations.
  • Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare financial reports and cost tracking dashboards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.

Experience

  • 10-15 years in cost management or quantity surveying.
  • Experience with large-scale developments.

Skills

  • Cost planning and financial analysis.
  • Contract management and procurement.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
