Cost Specifications/Quantity Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of total professional experience
• With relevant trainings/seminars in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and specifications preparation
• With notable experiences in preparation of detailed cost estimates, bill of quantities, technical specifications, and cost control are advantageous.
• Must be willing to work overseas
