Job Summary

To ensure accurate per-order costing and pricing by controlling material, labor, embellishment, and overhead costs, supporting profitability without compromising design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare per-order / per-outfit costing for bridal and groom wear (custom orders & limited collections).

· Calculate costs for fabric, embellishments, accessories, handwork, tailoring, and finishing.

· Track labor hours (karigars, tailors, handwork teams) and assign costs accordingly.

· Coordinate with all relevant teams for cost inputs.

· Develop pricing structures aligned with brand positioning and target margins.

· Monitor cost variances between estimated vs. actual costs per order.

· Maintain costing sheets, BOMs, and order profitability records.

· Support management in quotation approvals, client pricing, and margin analysis.

· Suggest cost optimization opportunities without impacting couture quality.

Required Skills & Profile

· Strong understanding of couture / bridal garment handwork.

· Expertise in order-wise costing and margin analysis.

· Proficiency in Excel / costing sheets.

· High attention to detail and financial discipline.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Costing.

· 03–08 years of relevant experience in couture, bridal, or luxury fashion brands.
