Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents at Concentrix. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product/service information

Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Provide clear and accurate information to customers

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Accurately document customer interactions in the system

Requirements:

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

B2 English Level Is Minimum

previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
