Hiring: Counsellor

Reporting to: Case Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and structured Counsellor to support clients in a rehabilitation setting. The role involves conducting weekly individual sessions, facilitating group activities, coordinating with doctors and families, maintaining documentation, and providing emotional support during the recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client admission support & orientation
• Individual counselling & behavioural observation
• Family communication & monthly progress updates
• Doctor consultation coordination
• Group therapy participation
• Documentation & incident reporting

Qualification:

• M.S.W. (Medical & Psychiatry)
• Experience in rehabilitation or mental health setup preferred
