Timings : 11 am to 8 pm


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions
  • Counsel students and parents about courses (K-8 / 9–12 / NEET / JEE / Foundation)
  • Explain course structure, fee details, and EMI options clearly
  • Convert leads into enrolments through effective objection handling
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue and admission targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding


Eligibility Criteria (Acceptable Backgrounds)


1️⃣ Insurance Sales (Life / Health / General)

  • Minimum 1–2 years outbound telesales experience
  • Strong in trust building and financial justification
  • Excellent objection handling skills


2️⃣ Ed-Tech Sales & Counselling

  • Experience in K-8 / 9–12 / NEET / JEE / Foundation segments
  • Parent & student counselling exposure
  • Experience handling fee discussions and EMI closures


3️⃣ Teaching Background

  • Must have handled academic counselling or revenue responsibilities
  • Comfortable with calling and target-based work


4️⃣ Credit Card / Bank Loan Calling Profile

  • Target-based outbound sales experience
  • EMI explanation experience
  • Strong financial pitching and pressure handling


5️⃣ Inside Sales / Inside Sales Expert

  • Phone-based selling experience
  • Lead follow-ups and nurturing
  • CRM usage and pipeline management
